MDA Shield

MDA SHIELD is the Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense program, a massive, multi-billion dollar contracting vehicle awarded by the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) to companies to develop technologies for a future U.S. missile defense system intended to counter ballistic, hypersonic, and other advanced threats across all domains (land, sea, air, space, cyber). This is a long-term contract vehicle for R&D, prototyping, testing, and fielding new defense systems, covering everything from sensors and interceptors to cybersecurity.
